Our process is simple but meaningful, with three key steps designed to make sure your story is crafted just for you:

First Fitting
(First call)
A relaxed, no-pressure phone call (or meet up!) where we get to know you as a couple and provide any needed information.
This is where we start to understand your story and how we can best craft it to fit you.

Tailoring Session
(Six month out video call)
Like refining a custom piece, we dive deeper into your love story.
This is a video call 6 months out from the wedding where we catch up and gather the little moments, memories, and emotions that will shape your film.

Final Stitch
(One last call a month before the wedding)
One last check-in before your big day!
This is where we make sure everything fits perfectly, so your story is ready to be beautifully told.
Going over the final timeline, answering any final questions, our goal is to make this as stress free for you!

FAQs
How does the story session work?
We’ll pick a time before the wedding to film something that reflects your relationship — whether that’s a cozy evening at home, a walk through your favorite spot, or something totally unique to you two. It’s relaxed, unscripted, and all about capturing the heart of your story.
How long does it take to get our final film/photos?
Turnaround time depends on your package, but typically you’ll receive your full wedding film within 8–10 weeks. For photo packages, you’ll receive sneak peeks within a few days, with the full gallery within 4–8 weeks.
Can we customize a package?
Absolutely. If you’re looking for something a little different — more coverage, only video, or a little help figuring out what fits best — we can talk through what matters most to you and build from there.
How do you plan for our wedding day?
We take time to get to know your vision and what matters most to you. We’ll chat before the big day so we can show up fully prepared — not just with gear, but with a clear sense of what makes your story unique.
